This course explores methods of instruction that can be effectively utilized when working with special needs students in the classroom. This course examines characteristics of students with special learning needs, and explores methods for instruction, inclusion, and assessment. Participants learn how to plan, develop and implement teaching strategies for students with learning and behavior problems, as well as how to better structure the classroom environment to enhance inclusion.
