This course explores methods of instruction that can be effectively utilized when working with children who have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD. This course examines characteristics of students with ADD/ADHD, and explores methods of evaluation, treatment, classroom management, instruction, inclusion, and collaboration. Participants learn how to plan, develop and implement teaching and classroom management strategies for students with ADD/ADHD as well as how to better support students with ADD/ADHD in the inclusive classroom.
