Employer Branding: If your district uses the Kansas Education Employment Board (KEEB) to recruit teachers you have the ability to establish employer branding. Each district account in KEEB includes an employer profile which allows districts to share information about themselves, their community, and schools. Below are a few ideas of items you may include in your employer profile.
  • Share your district vision and values.
  • Describe where you are located. What does your community have to offer?
  • Include any information that sets you apart from other districts, such as, a focus on technology or small class sizes.
To include this information in your KEEB profile, login to KEEB and click on Edit Profile.
