Kansas Teacher Retention Program

The Early Career Learning Portal is part of the Kansas Recruitment and Retention Program. This program is funded by the Special Services Department of the Kansas Department of Education. The portal is intended to support early career educators in Kansas, including new teachers, teachers relocating to the state, and teachers in new assignments. Administrators and mentors are also supported through the portal with valuable resources to assist them as they help early career educators achieve success in the classroom.
